Sous vide products​

With sous vide products, the product is heated in a vacuum packaging to a core temperature of 75 degrees, after which it is cooled and then sent to the customer, who reheats it in its packaging. The point here is not to lose taste or juices in the process, and the result is a very tender piece of meat.
