We offer a large assortment of boiled products, including:

  • Smoked saddle of pork
  • Ham
  • Boneless pork loin

When boiling, for example, a ham or a smoked saddle of pork, we heat to a core temperature of up to 75 degrees centigrade to ensure that the product is thoroughly cooked but can also tolerate re-heating.
